$500 tranny is slipping.. but with my spare parts (Tranny, filter, drain plug kit & axles) Which I would sell all too you for $150 + shipping just to get it gone. You could make 1 good car for under $1000 if you dont mind the work. Just so ya know.. my ATX only has 92k miles on it and shifted just fine before I converted the car to MTX.

Also as another side note.. there seem to be quite a few MX-3's on craigslist in your general area
