Coolant sensor ECU connector

Post by MX3ak »

Hello

Could someone know where to connect the single wire Coolant Sensor near firewall?

I was getting code error no.9 so I look around and found the connector unplugged in the rear of the engine.

Nevermind... found a "nipple" in the block where to plug the thing. Guess is just a ground spot...

The code will remain

reset your ECU and see if it comes back. To reset your ECU just disconnect your batery and leave it for a half hour then press on the brake for a few seconds to ensure that all remaining voltage in the computer is disipated. hook your batery back up and take it for a test drive.

The real way to clear the ECU is to unplug the neg. side of the battery, step on the brake for 10 seconds, plug the battery back up and crank to see if you still have a cel. No need to wait 30 minutes.
