Hey Guys i use to drive a MX3 but I rolled it, I now have a 1990 Mazda Mx6 and want to know if anybody has heard what it is like to swap in a 1.8L from the 3 to the 6 :?:

Ummm .. what do you have in your 6 right now? ... i dont know alot about the 6's but if its got the klde then leave that in it .. seeing the 2.5 makes more power then the 1.8 ... but if its smaller .. then it might be worth it ...

the KLZE is the only thing I would put in an mx6, don't even thing about putting a 1.8 in it

your Mx-6 does not take any of those motors, the 88-92 Mx-6/626/probe uses f-series motors. The stock SOHC 2.2L F2 makes 110hp, it also comes in a turbo version. The F2T making 145hp and 190tq. One of the most saught after motors would be the FE3T (or FE-DOHC). It is said to have more boost potential than a BPT
