cleaning headlights?

This forum is for discussion of topics relating to MX-3 lighting such as Headlights, Tail lights, Accessory Lights, Interior Lights, Etc. For example, Rear Euro Altezza Style Tail lights, Headlight units, LED's, HID's, Bulbs, Interior lights, Neons, Strobes, Auxillary Lights/Fogs or anything filament and gas discharge related.
Also anything dealing with the elctrical system.

when i first aught my car they were BADDd.. no real chips, but they had alooot of scratches...I also didn't like the little thingys that stick off the light(although i assume they're for aiming)...

I snipped off the nipples with some cutters sanded then flush with 100 then went up the stages from 400 to 2500 then 2500 with turtle polishing compound then buffed them with 3M scratch remover then a dry buff by hand...

bout 1.5 hours work per light..
