Well ive got a curved neck ZE torn down at the moment as a rebuild it. And so far the only thing ive found different from a straight neck ZE is the cams. My ZE has the flat top high compression pistons, KL31 heads, KL47 TB, and ive found KL47 written all over all kinds of parts as i clean em up, including the coolant neck ect. So looks like KL01 cams are the only difference. Mike seli is gona fix that for me  . So for all of you that think curved neck KLZE's with KL31 heads and KL01 cams make less power, your wrong, they make the same amount of power, but have different power bands. KL01 cams are less agressive, more torqy, KL31 are more agressive and have more peak end pull.

Hopefully i can get a friend with a digi cam to take some pics as i go along. I wish i had pics of before and after cleaning my block heads pistons ect. After christmas i'll get my rebuild kit and start putting my bottom end back together. Still gota do some porting/polishing on my heads, and send my cams out.
Mods:
- ZE, Mike seli 214 intake cams, Ported n polished heads, Interprep valve springs, DE retainers, rebuilt bottom end, toga main and rod bearings, toga hv oil pump, CZT 67mm tb, mbx udp, ported intake mani, SS headers, 2.5inch full exhaust, racingbeat muffler, highflow cat, megasquirt v2.
