94' 4Cyl DOHC auto tranmissions and troubles Help needed

Post by adagre92tsi »

Well in a nutshell the supposed rebuilt tranny I always had problems with is now completely toast.

I called around to these JDM supplier places and they tell me there are 2 trannys one with 2 oil pans and one with 1. My dad is driving the car and he hasn't been able to figure out what the one in the car is or has not been able to find an identification number.

What I need to know and I want to express my thanks to anyone who quickly replies we are desperate to get this fixed:

What is the identification number for the tranny?
What other cars can I get it from?
What should I pay for a used one low kms?

What do I need to swap to a manual?
clutch
flywheel
tranny
mounts?
shifter and cables/whatever it is these cars use?
console?
master cylinder?
Electronics?
pedal assembly
