Should I sell?

Ok, I got a good friend who is willing to buy my current mx3, which has been sitting for half a year all through winter, has plenty of rust, blown head gasket, no e brake, the list goes on...
I got some old pics to show the car's condition:

Also, apparently it has a bent frame. The underneath appears to have two pinches. The sunroof motor is going and the window switches don't work, one of the rear lights needs to be replaced, the fuel gage has gone haywire too.

I am offered 600-750 for this car by my friend who knows what is wrong with it. I bought this in November for 1k on the dot and drove it home. With all the problems listed, would I be better of getting rid of it and use the money for a new mx3 or keep it and use it for parts?

i would sell it if you don't have much mechanical knowledge, but if you know how to work on cars, then i would keep it. this is a project car at its best, some good work will bring this a long way

i'd sell it... the main reason being the bent frame
