I am a best buy business memeber, i have bought over 10+ computers from them & a couple of routers, printers, etc etc
so i get a call sunday that my dad PC" the big chees" in the company is mess up we call the geek squad to see if they can fix it, they were like ur mother board is screwed up.
so i need a PC like yesterday, i go get a new one, & 4 hours after i get it the HD takes a big fat stinking DUMP
I go to take it back & I cannot return it because i threw the FING box away & they dont know if it is the same computer...i mean the serial on the box & the computer were the same one. SO F best buy

so after i go back to best buy, i call my dad & tell him what is going on they are going exchange the PC...I was like cool, but can the HD get scrubbed because it crashed in the middle of data transfer & it might have peoples tax information on it....does he understand....he then said the computer was going to be sent to there serviece center....i was like yeah i understand that maybe with information on my computer.after getting the run around again..i was like f that....I asked for the guy helping me & all the managers names so if any of my clients informatiin was stolen that my lawyer was just gonna server them papers....I upsetting other costumers...when two of them even told me that they understood why i was wanting to verify that the Hd was scrubbedariesdude wrote:http://www.bestbuysux.org/

I was like i purchased this @ 12 today & I had A POST ERROR (which the kid from the geek squad standing theredidnt know what post was) 4 hours later & the people @ returns didnt seem to care. that pissed me off the most. & on top of that i got a popcorn kenal stuck in my tooth & it cut the crap outta my gums

We have a local consumer advocate in Atl. that is great about warning people about bad stores and bad deals. He Hates Best Buy and I don't shop there b/c of his warnings about their return policies and seeming lack of trained employees.
