Turbo Headers and Tranny X-Member

Post by Custom_V6_Limited_SE »

I am still thinking about going turbo this summer. I really don't want to modify my tranny x-member because I want everything to be as rigid as possible to eliminate wheel hop, tranny destruction, and power loss. Is there a way around modding the x-member for a turbo manifold?

Or you can just mod it and reinforce it .. Thats what I plan on doing ..

My up-pipe goes right below the crossmember, and the downpipe runs towards the passenger side right off of the turbo. Because of this, I did not have to mod my crossmember :driver:
