Yeah you can do it but why boost the 1.8L V6? Just go to the junkyards and get a US 2.5L out of a Probe GT/MX-6/Millenia and boost that. Its well worth the extra $300.

Well to answer your original question, any production automobile ever made can be turbocharged. Any. Every last one of them. With some, it's just a lot harder. I know, you said "duh"...I got that. As far as where to get the actual parts for your turbo setup, I am not sure of that, but I do know that "Gude BullFrog performance" will make a custom turbo setup for just about anyone. It's all about the Benjamins.
Also, I would like to add something: Make sure, even if they swear up and down it's built and show you all kinds of receipts, make sure you do a compression test before you boost. Pretty please. It will save you fifteen headaches, or at the very least a blown motor. I know someone who bought a "recently rebuilt" engine for an RX7 FC-and now granted, rotaries are like a foreign language to most people-but when he drove the car around for a while, starting having problems...well, when he got the engine out, he discovered that the "porting" job had been done with a COLD CHISEL, and the coolant passages had just been BLOCKED OFF.
Yea...it makes me want to rebuild every engine on every used car I have ever bought. Just make sure you check yours for compression, leaks, vacc, etc. before you go slapping a turb-no on it.
