MX3s These Prices Outrageous?

Ok, here is a little background. In April of 2001 I bought a 92 MX-3GS, Power doorlocks, windows, 5 spd, with roughly 145k on it. I bought it for $6500 cnd then. I have since crashed it, and am currently looking for another one. But is it me or are these prices outrageous? Here I will post a few ads<p>(just a reminder all these prices are in Canadian!)<p>#1 93 MAZDA MX3 Precidia GS, 5 spd, V6, blk, 165,000 kms, sunrf, pw, pdl, CD changer, snow tires, service records, no accidents, exc cond $8700.<p>#2 94 MAZDA Precidia MX-3, pw, ps, pdl, sunrf, silver, 5 spd, V6, 119,000 kms $8500 obo<p>ok. So what do u guys think?
What should I be offering these whack jobs? I figure I should be offering around what I paid for my 92, 2 damn years ago!

i bought my car in June, its a 92 MAZDA MX3 Precidia GS, 5 spd, V6, 109,000 kms, pw, pdl, tape deck, snow tires, service records, no accidents, exc cond<p>i paid $4200 canadian, and thats pretty close to the book value of her, i had lower millage, but no sunroof or cd changer<p>Personally, i would offer, at most $5500 for the first one, $7000 for the 94

i have a 93 with gforce front bumper with stock one also, crime stopper alarm, custom hoodscoupe,cold air intake with full straight thru exauhst,laguna blue with 2 shaker audio subs and 700 watt amp,blue see thru tint with tint strip,maxspeed muffler,v6,ngk wires and bosch 4 plugs.shaved emblems aiwa deck and new speakers.124k miles, BUT I REBUILT THE MOTORasking 4300 usd

5-speed,tape deck,no powerlocks & windows,
from dealership payed $3400 usd, but ever since
i got mine, i see them sell alot cheaper!
here in oklahoma they sell from $500-$2400<p>and as far as aftermarket parts, it's not like owning an civic,can't go to an auto zone for euro's : )

I had never heard of an MX-3. I found a 93 GS last fall. Great shape except mising right front headlight and needed tires. Offered the guy 1000 USD. 1400 dollars later, I had a perfect car. only 80,000 miles. Wait and shop at the most unlikely places. I found mine in an ald man's garage. lol Have patience!!

Yeah, I have had patients so far, its been 2 months to day today since I crashed my car. Going to go set up a loan appointment on friday.

I think I posted this somewhere else as well, but I bought my 96 RS in Dec 2001 for 9400 CDN, but it is mint, and only had 60500kms on it when I bought it. 11 months earlier I bought a 92 RS for 7 large. (and then wrecked it)

wow some of you guys pay to much! i got my 93 RS with 80k on it from a dealer with limited warranty for $2800 USD.

I paid $500 usd for mine( 94 mx3 GS 1.8L V6), and i didnt want the airbags, so i didnt loose ne thing after the got popped out, 128K miles on it, engine runs great, 3 great tires and the 5 spoke factory wheels. all i need is a front bumper($200 for stock and im thinkin aftermarket so a ne one got ne for sale let me know) and im gonna add an apc steering wheel, with a custom cover of the passanger side airbag gap. <p>sport_54@hotmail.com<p>My cardomain page

The prices for these car are all over the board. I sold 5 of these last year. 92 4 cyl black $5200, 93 black 4 cyl $3700, 94 red 6 cyl $7400, 93 blue 6 cyl $ 2900, currently have a 95 red 6 cyl onderground designd body kit, bosal exhaust, ractive intake filter, honkin stereo, $10,500 when complete and people lined up to look at it. I sell warranty with my cars so that may help the price. This latest projact is very nice and clean, the best that I've had in my paddock.

Hey, A lot of these prices are $US....What's $500US about $17000 cdn? Alll you Canucks don't get too upset, I'm one too. We are allowed to laugh at ourselves.
