Hey guys, I noticed this while browsing around on the 780Tuners forum and thought I'd let you guys in on it. Sounds like a great idea to get the club together and raise some money for a great cause.

They had their date wrong. August 26th, 2007 is a SUNDAY. I got them to correct it. It should work out okay with our schedule since MITM2007 is the day before. Tim, if you were going to both events, you could just stay in Calgary Saturday evening and join in for this event the next day.

The fee is $30 per car. MX-West Alberta will contribute $10 towards each member's vehicle admission if this event actually takes off. The $30 fee will supposedly be registered as a charitable donation, so you will be issued a tax receipt for this. I guess we'll just have to see if it pans out.

yea im really pumped about this meet i have a lot of personal ties with cancer and am always willing to help out, the 10 dollars from MX-West is awesome too James. It means alot to me, i appreciate it.

the overnighting in calgary is a great idea as well, seems you have alot of those lol from the support its receiving on the 780 tuners site i dont see y it would be a go but yes it is a ways away and who knows what can happen, but if it does go ahead i hope to see you all there

Got a couch you can crash on if you decided to stay the night if needed. It's even in the same part of town as both MITM and the Cool Cars For Cancer at McMahon. All be getting that weekend off work for MITM anyway, so I'll probably hit both. Lemme know.

hey guys the event is etting pretty large now and alot of details have been planned out, but i was wondering how many of us will be participating so i can get our name on the club list and all that jazz please let me know asap
