I just bveen looking through the search engine, but i cant find anything that clears this up for me...
I got some of the reverse indiglo dials from the bay of e, and im trying to wire them up. I've sorted the earth, and tapped into the black and red dimmer, but my dials have an on/off switch aswell.
Everytime i want them to come on I still have to press the switch, which i dont want to do!!!
Anyone else have this problem and a solution to get over it? Im seriously crap wth electrics!!!
Dials... again!

The problem is that's it's a monentary push-button. The hard part is to convert that switch, or to make a controller that works as an on-off switch, that would control your momentary switch for your dash. Sounds simple, but I haven't found anything simple to do so. Considering you may need to spend money to create the device, you'd be better off spending money on a better set of guages. In the end, you do get what you paid for.

I havent tested it at all - so it may not work - proceed at your own risk.
