sticking throttle

Any suggestions on my throttle sticking? I know it's the throttle on the throttle body, not the pedal or cable, because you can push on the throttle and feel it stick. It only does this when the car has sat for 30 minutes or longer. Once I unstick it, it's fine untill it sits again. I've tried spraying some penetrating oil on it but it only works for about a day. It's not a major problem, I'm just getting tired of having to slap the pedal everytime I climb in.

try some ball joint grease on the wheel the cable runs over that should last longer than a day or even a year id think.
