End of year dyno day.
ok so here it is, i know quite a few of us are looking at getting the megasquirts hooked up and working.
I also know that a few of us are looking for a few dyno runs to get some numbers.
I ALSO know that some of us (no names metioned) have redicilious ammounts of power and they might just wanna come and show off a bit.
SOOO
I have sent out a few email to various companys to get prices to throw together a dyno day.
I know last year i was quoted $80/hour. I have sent out a email to them to verify pricing, but that would be a good starting point.
Im just trying to gague how much interest there would be in this. It would be put off untill late this year, to allow all of us to get the last of the years mods in. say late october or early november before the snow hits.
If you read this PLEASE RESPOND with any info on your interest. if you are comming for sure please say so, if you deffently not comming please say so, if you are thinking of comming, well you get the point.
There will obvisouly be a cruse there, and probably a cruse and meet after.
Let me know,

A few of you came to the Dyno Day/Car Wash that SGR held awhile back. Ian was the only one that went on the Dyno though. If you guys are interested I could set something up with Vick (the Owner) again and maybe incorporate the other few clubs that I am involved with. We could turn it into a big event. I know I had a few other people ask me to set something else up. We could do something for the end of September. I'm also hosting a Tech Day at Concepts on Wheels middle of September. When I get the definate day I will let you guys know. Let me know if there is interest in going to Paciones again and I will help set it up for you guys.

do you think you could get some prices from them, hourly, to use there dyno?mx3grlsikride wrote: Let me know if there is interest in going to Paciones again and I will help set it up for you guys.
also, what kind of dyno do they have? dynojet or mustang dyno?
also i think late setpember would be the earliest we would want to run this. Most people are just getting around to putting on their power adders and technolololologyical stuffs into their cars. i figgure this would be a good way get end of the year results for thoes who store their cars in the winter.
Let me know,

should be about 15% difference between the two. dynojet being higher.Deimos wrote:if it's a dynojet, then i'll come out, since i already know my current results on a mustang dyno. i'd like to see the diff between the two though.
i just did a dyno run, but need to fix a couple things before i retry. could this happen at same time as the meet on the 16th?
