ummm i ran a 54.3 if i remember correctly, and mike (nd4spdse) ran a 49 something. best times where in the low 40's (42 or 43)

i desperatly need new front tires. the cheap motormaster wrong sized tires arnt cutting it.

just pump up teh front tires to 44+ psi and the rears to about 24 or maby 22 psi, helps create some oversteer. i had it allmost to the point where both ends of my car would break out at the same time.

Ya, best time was in the 42's. My best time was my last run @ 49.098. I was progessively getting faster, except for my 3rd run. I had just adjusted my rear tire pressure from 35 to 25 and during the run, exiting the first long turn, the rear end kicked out and i got completely sideways. I got her back (with my arms flailing, and my wipers going) and I didn't hit any cones :) That run was a 52. My first run of the day was a 54. My goal was to break into the 40's. My 5th run, I just barely got a 49. I figured i'd get slower for my 6th (final) run because I'd be overconfident, but I basically deliberately "drifted" around every corner. Even with that, I still managed to shave almost another second off my time. I really can't complain considering it's only the second time I've never autocrossed before, so I'm very pleased with my times, but besides for the times, the driving was great, to just let loose. I haven't gotten my car sideways on pavement before, so it was a blast, I hightly recommend trying it at least twice, once to get a hang of it, a second to let loose. Next time, I'm going to try adding a few more PSI, the rear kicked out a little too early, and I think it slowed me down on the faster slalom sections, but still, sometimes it's better to just have fun than to be competitive.
