In need of help!!

Post by Jonnyboy7002 »

I had a problem with my belt before, it made noises like squealed but when i got a new alternator it fixed it for a lil while, then it started doin it again!! I can't even have any accersories on or else my belt will squeal like a lil girl!! But usually after it the car gets warmed up i will have no trouble with it. Am i in need of a new battary, or something more?

could just be in need of tightening the belt a lil more. make sure all the mounting bolts are tight as well, could be coming loose causing the tension on the belt to loosen causing the belt to squeal.
