Ecu Replacement

Hi, I have found a used but working ECU to buy. The matter is that my Dohc Rs has imobilizer. Can I change the two ECUs simply? If not, does anyone know what will I need? Or it cannot be done?

Most of the users here in the states/Canada do not have an imobolizer.
