Well I would like to get a feeler for this event. It is open to all cars but would like to see if any members of MX-West would like to enter the show. It will be a very small entry fee ( like $5 or non-perishable food item ) and it would be a great venue to show other MX owners about the club. It is on August 12th in Airdrie at Nose Creek Park. There will be prizes as well. So if we plan well in advance, we could set up a canvas tent to sit under ( if it's hot ) and hang out. Bring a Habachi to cook on and a cooler of drinks. I'm entering my car for sure...no really I am... so let's get the ball rolling.

Is the entry fee paid upon arrival or does someone need to register ahead of time. I'm pretty sure it's pay at the gate kinda thing but I thought I'd check.

I'll have to see if Kevin can make up some more MX-West business cards. As for the membership cards, I have submitted this year's batch and Kevin is trying to get them made for the Kelowna trip.

what time does the show start at? i am busy till about 1 or 2 pm and work around 4 or so but would love to come swing the ride by for a few hours. just tell me when and where to go and i'll be there!

Show 'n shine starts at 11:00 Am to 4:00 Pm. Nose Creek Park in Airdrie. It's on the West side of Main Street in the Park. Just look for the cars...cars...and more cars...

For some stupid reason they postponed the car show to August 26th. Same times. I guess they thought the weather would be S$#@y. Oh well.

Car show is today so I'll post results when it's finnished. I'm in with a few other imports but not many...mostly older cars, trucks, and hot rods.
