Well, basically we have it already planned, date is set, location is choosen but still partially undecided, we even have a cruise route and an artinerary, but nothing has been confirmed or agreed upon, especially the meet location, which is probably why it's not finalised yet. But all the info in on the first page of this thread - http://mx-3.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=51297. Basically you could take all that info, run with it and make it final. The only thing that would be left is printing out some cruise directions.

Don't look at me like the main organiser for this event, i just took the iniative and started throwing out some ideas, but I'm stuck at a point where I can't make everyone happy and don't know what to do.

well what you do is appoint a orginiser, you've been doing a great job so far, just hand it off to someone else and pray it works, and who ever you give it to should make final disisions SOON!

Well, I don't want to appoint an organiser. First of all, it should be a colaborated event between the TO Mx-3 club, not just one person, secondly, i dont want to appoint anyone who may not want to.
