What is this Exhaust Cutout Dump Valve for the MX-3

I have seen this on ebay a couple of times now. Who has one of these things and does it really, actually work? Also, is your car stock?<P>Any help will do, Chris<P>Later all.

you weld it in right before your cat. its a Y pipe that diverts the gasses out toward your front tires supposedly giving you horses but computer controlled I4 need some back pressure to work right

I have one haven't really got much use out of it sence my car went into the shop. I have a probe buddy that had one, he said for best performace keep it closed on the take off, and open it at about 50mph. But if you open it at the light next to a honda he'll prolly crap his pants. But they do work.
