Looks like apartments. I'd walk that parking lot from one end to the other one night at after dinner time, so that you know most people are home. If you find a car or truck with some damage that might match take a pic of the other car's damage and the tag and send it to the cops to investigate.
What an A-Hole.
Someone did something similar to my 94' Celica, but much worse. Funny thing is that I was eating lunch and had JUST come from my body shop having an estimate done on some damage where some lady rear-ended me a week before. Then I come out to see my whole passanger side F-ed up from the door all the way to the rear bumper. Of course no evidence and no one saw it so I was screwed.

that really sucks man. this is my biggest fear after all the effort. that someone can just come and cause hundreds if not thousands of dollars dammage to our babies and we're left with the bill. not like most of us don't already have huge bills partly because of our cars.
thats way F***d up! someone owes you an arm and a leg. Ill bring saw. Some lowlife welfare face scratched my mx3 too while i lived in apts. Do you even have an alarm on it? I wouldnt even drive car that nice in my city.

seriously, that was the best possible place to get hit. no fiberglass or anything custom. all you need now is the new door and paint and you're back to show-off status.
