well i tracked down some KYB GR2s for 58 each... so 244 grand total. which aint to shabby. the new problem im runnin into............ no one... and i mean... NO ONE has springs at my local parts shops.... even the Mazda Dealer cant get em. ........ i dont have a credit card so gettin them from places like corksport, tirerack.com and the such is outta the question.
i know most of our parts are somewhat in line with escorts..... are there ANY domestic cars our springs match with... say EGTs or what have u may be....... need to know this asap.............
found the struts... but springs arent sprining up for me....

Have you tried getting a PayPal account and having it linked to withdraw from your bank account? Online shopping would be much easier then.

you can save about $40 going with the Zx2 S/R Struts. Even with the little extras needed to fit them.
All ya need is a 97+ Escort/ZX2 thrust bearing and 97+ Upper perches. Bearings are about $35 from any Ford Dealer and the upper perches are a few bucks at a local salvage yard.
IMHO, the KYBs are merely stock replacements, the S/Rs offer much more performance and are priced lower to boot.
I bet if ya called and asked, they'd let ya send em a money order.
