Help with Wheel Noise
Anyone have experience with this
Its a noise that i hear driving from at low speeds (could happen at high too but i dont hear it). Its a "clickity" noise that almost sounds like its coming from my mirrors but i tried to hold the mirror while driving and it was still constant. I'm thinking its something in the susp., but while doing a visual check everything seems ok.
I had my axles repl. about 18 months ago and its not cv noise as far as i can tell. It only happens when i drive straight and it doesnt occur all the time. At first it was just the right side but now its both.

direct quote from the 1996 Lemon Aid Used Car Guide.
"A front-end snapping noise during tight turns at walking speed is probably caused by excessive clearence betwen the wheel bearing and steering knuckle. Install modified wheel bearings."
There ya go, other people had the problem to.

Matt - He said when he drives straight, that says when you turn.

My bad
I was talking to the second guy, sorry for not explaining that. He said it only happens when he turns.
