Which one is better:
ground wires
or
voltage stabilizer
or
both
or neither ?

They're probably better than nothing but you could do a lot better....

will the ground wires help with a car if i'm not having the probs with touching the brakes and losing power and all that jazz?

I think the one he is talking about is an aftermarket one that hooks directly to the battery +/- terminals. I believe it is a similar principal to an audio system's capacitor, supplying a surplus in power when your electrical system demands it. It's supposed to help your coil out. I saw a dyno run from one of the import magazines where they attatched it to a civic (yeah... real origional with the Honda I know...). Some how that little box makes power. They found a consistant 1.9 or so hp increase on a stock motor over 3 different runs. Personally I wouldn't buy one off of ebay, but if you are lookin to squeeze every drop out of a built motor it may be worth a shot.
It might be slow, but it's not a civic!
