I would say that what most of yall are seeing is due to a poor camera angle with poor lighting.
Yeah his camera isn't the greatest.

It sure makes the rims looks out of place.
Yeah the rims are not staying either are the taillights. They are just on the car until I get it back.

i dont think its a fade, did you do green with a black pearl????
Yes it is supposed to be a fade  This was his first time painting a fade paint job & as you can see from the pics it has what looks like tiger stripes in it.
but man i love the paint job. that will have people staring at the car for a long time. nice body kit too.
This is the reason i chose this color. You will definetly never see another MX3 like mine.

lower the car and got a gs wrap around spoiler with bigger ehxhaust it would make it look soo much better
#1 for starters my car is lowered, I can't go any lower cause the main reason for the body work was cause I kept breaking my bumper driving down the road. I had to shorten it up so i wouldn't scrape as much.
#2 I don't want a wrap around GS spoiler
#3 why would I need a bigger exhaust???? I made my own custom 2.25" cat-back exhaust welded up by me. My muffler tip is fairly small & is an Oval shape which by the way really compliments the round rear end. Other than having a huge 4" circle that just looks out of place.

I'll post up a picture of the rear end so you can see what I'm talking about.

Just to let everyone know, The car is not done yet. I decided I didn't like the tiger stripe fade thing so i am having him redo it except this time to do the fade the right way.

The pictures don't do the paintjob any justice. It looks soooo much better in person.

Just wait until he fixes the fade, then i'll snap some pics with my good camera & then we'll see how it looks.

I like theZ3 fenders, Mp5 ( modified) bumper and sideskirts combination but that particular paint job doesn't do them justice , for some reason the wheels standout and the rear bumper looks almost non existent ....I would not go with the 2 tone fade when redone :|

those "tiger stripes" are a huge error in his painting style.

What hte hell kind of strokes was he using? it looks like he was going back and forth in 6" areas instead of across the entire car like he should've been.

you need something for the rear, just find the stock mud guards.

I agree with Gro as well it looks kinda weird.

change your wheels and maybe drop it a bit if you going for show which I think you are.

anyway best of luck

My car is lowered, which is why I had to modify the MP5 bumper to gain ground clearance. The car is being repainted, but I'm not gonna say how until it's done. My car will be show & go. Show is happening right now & the go will be happening this winter

I have something for the rear, but it is not on yet.....

I just had him take out the lights, roughed up the area so the fiberglass would stick to it, then just covered it with fiberglass & then whne that dries to sand & cover with a body filler so it's smooth & then prime & repaint.
