Are there any heads out there that bolt right on to give it more power?

You best bet is one from a '97-'98 B5-ZE. Those engines are identical the B6 except for the stroke and rod length but put out a true 120+hp

I think the J-Soec MX-3 came with it for some reason...I may be wrong, however.

What are the advantages of the JDM-B5Z? Less cc / more compression? Better flow? What about a B5D out of a Protege... how are those heads?
