Pick N Pull?
Not many places to buy a new transmission, your better off getting it rebuilt or buying a rebuilt transmission. Rebuilt transmissions can run you to $800 (US) and getting your tranny rebuilt can run you anywhere from $1000 to $1200 (US) mostly because the mechanic working on your tranny has to put in the extra hours of taking it out of your car and putting it back in once its ready.
Look around where you live, ask for a rebuilt transmission for your MX3.
IMO, if you know how to swap out your tranny, go for a Manual
