No problem. Let me know if that was the issue.

hey I have the same problem I disconnected the piece that sends the message from the handle but to my suprise it still stayed on I have plenty of fluid but I am doing a jdm cluster swap so I am just going to remove the bulb to fix that issue. Other than that I have no Idea why it does it or how to fix it.

Instead of removeing the sensor from the E-brake handle itself, try unplugging the wire at the resevior. It may have fouled and that is why the light is staying on. If it goes out then plug the handel wire back in. Then get a new sensor so that you'll know when the fluid is low. It could save your life.

check your ebrake at your rear wheel. I think there is a sensor there that could cause a light issue.
