[WTB]Lowering springs and possibly struts
Looking for a set of used lowering springs (or new if a good price) and possibly some struts. If in Canada that would be nice.

That would add that much to the price.
I had no idea it could double the cost of something just to send it Canada. I've sent Cams up there and back before and it didn't cost much at all. The cams were $400 something too.

Solo
I picked up a set of Eibach Pro coils for the Ford ZX2 and a matching set of ZX2 s/r springs (Tokico) off a site for a performance shop in London Ont. He then sent them out here to Calgary for no extra charge. I installed them about 3 months ago now, the only mod being I had to dremmell out the upper strut mounts...5 min job. I'm very happy with the ride and they seem to be working well. You should be able to get both the shocks and struts from him for $5-600. Do a search in the MX-3 search section for more info on the ZX2 conversion.

After they settled in I'd say about an inch and a half.
As you probably noticed if you checked out that link you should be able to get both for under 5 hundred bucks shipped to Vernon.
install is quite easy, minor tools, rent a coil compressor. You're set!
good luck!
