Why would you want to? The reason the KLZE is better is mostly due to its heads.

the reason i want to is because im plannin to swap engine and i found website that sell a rebuilt block with forged internals but doesnt come with the heads. and also if they did i would get them ported and polished and renew the valves to get some more power and help renew engine cause mine is like burned out almost

Honestly, you can pick up a set of used KLDE heads for $60 + shipping on Probetalk. It's worth it since the exhaust valves on the K8 head are ridiculously small. Even with machining, you couldn't put the same size valves in. And the KLDE heads flow perfectly fine for any application.

you would have to do a ton of headwork to get that k8 heads to perform any better because even after a port job and new valves you still would have k8 cams.
