Disable steering wheel airbag
Disable steering wheel airbag
I am trying to mount a steering wheel of a Mazda 6 in my '94 GS. How do I disable the airbag system, so I can remove the original steering wheel. What kind of troubles can I expect if no driver side airbag is connected - It's only for testing purposes...

Re: Disable steering wheel airbag
I unplugged both of mine. I disconnected the battery and took em both out. BE CAREFUL and make sure you unplug the battery first. I fear they can explode when you take it out.Micv wrote:I am trying to mount a steering wheel of a Mazda 6 in my '94 GS. Otherwise, when you try to claim, you'll get $0.00 after all those months of paying.
