want 2 buy a tranny for my mx-3. need some help

i was thinking of changing my mx3 to a 5 speed. its a 94, 4 cyl. what kind of car can i get a tranny from that will fit. i heard that i might be able to swap with different cars?? if anyone can i am greatful. thanks

You can get the Protege one just make sure the engine is the same model. (sohc, dohc)4cyl. and if its 1.8l or 1.6l.
