Not EXACTLY a direct bolt in.
You need to swap over the seatbelt latch too. I did this in my 95 RS. They will be a bit shorter as far as where the seatbelt connects.. well, u'll see. Works fine, but they wont swivel like they did before.

When I swapped mine I had to have some time to get used to the way the shoulder strap went b/c the new seats sit lower. Bill.

Just to add to what I said earlier, the latch on the seat from a NON auto seat is not the same as on an AUTO seat. Thats why you have to swap them. Im not sure about those who have earlier models w/o auto seatbelts and swapping them to later model seats, or vice versa.

true you have to swap them but its a non-issue. Its only one bolt and it takes ten seconds to do.

But it shouldn't be overlooked ;).

and also the placement of the hole for the mounting is a bit different on the later seats. the older seats have the latch come outward towards you more while the newer seats don't. I have manual belts swap on my car w/92-93 seats and the latch is in a kinda awkward position. But i'm a lanky mofo so it isn't too big an issue to reach over and latch it when I get in the car.
