Own my own house, well the bank let's me stay each week.

In the process of Restoration / landscaping / Improvements
but at the end of the day is warm and tidy and home..

545m^2 section not a postage stamp but big enough for a decent
three car garage and 2 bedroon home with all the bacharlor bit's!

Been on my own for nine years now, been through two cat's
but at the moment a lot of work and travelling takes up my time.

Had a flatemate for 2 months once NEVER again!

A lot more interesting things on the dish - all Star Trek reruns, CSI, Survivor, "Pimp my Ride", OverHauled, etc... All in the comfort in my home theatre with the the fireplace roaring, while the car rests in the garage waiting to get it's winter make-over. No, winter isn't so bad after all, but I wouldn't mind enduring a Florida winter either.

Florida winter huh? :?

Man, I have never seen snow in my life. I was born here in Florida and am sick of it. It's too damn hot here. I've been to New Jersey a few times, during winter, and it always snows the day AFTER I leave. Just once I'd like to experience a real winter. I know most of you are going to think that's crazy, because I don't know how crappy snow can be, but for now I'm jealous cause I've never seen snow in person. The only thing I ever get to see are 80+ year olds in their swim suits at the pool/beach.

Maybe next winter we could swtich places, you can stay at my place, I'll stay at yours.

No worries M8. No joy riding the Ducati though. No time to prep it for this year - way too much other stuff goin' on. Don't know when I'd find time to drive anyway.
