Turbo on high mile RS engine?

is it worth it to put turbo on a 1.6 DOHC RS with 142XXX miles, or should i just get a BPT swap? thanks traves.

I did a turbo on mine at 140,000 last year. It had a lil oil leak...and I pushed it to 11 psi...and BOOM. If you run low psi and make sure you have no leaks you should be able to run ok. I would reccomend a swap because I am doing everything all over again...3 months later. Just my opinion.

what motor did you swap it to? BP BPT?

I am doing the B6T. One because I am poor and it was cheap, $1200 shipped to my house, and 2 I have talked to some people and I can get some retarded amounts of power out of this motor. I have big plans for it, may take a couple years...but I jsut got a $12,000 sponsorship so maybe that'll help.
