I dont own an mx-3 anymore

Post by mx3TT »

Thats right guys, its sad to say and I cant believe its over. Ive had it for 4-5years now but its been a longer road then you can imagine. I got some final parts off it and it went on its way to the junkyard. Cant believe its gone but I guess I was just delaying the inevitable(however you spell that). Just wanted to post one last time as an owner but now I will just have to be one of those guys that lurks around that doesnt even have a car anymore...

Oh come on now. I just bought a very nice Laguna Blue 93 MX-3 GS for $2000 from a guy there in Penn. That's closer to you than central ohio, isn't it? I'm sure you can find a good MX-3.
No more MX-3.

:(

That's sad. Earlier this year, I drove a 20 year old car I had used for 10 years to the scrapyard. It was the final drive, the final goodbye.

I had to stop halfway there, and sat bawling my eyes out.
Finally got to the scarpyard and took another 10 minutes to compose myself. Then broke down again as I handed the keys over.
Very emotional moment, so I can imagine how you feel.

I have the MX-3 now, but the pain never quite goes away.
You form an emotional bond with your ride and that's it.

Hope you get another MX-3, one with qualities to make the entire painful episode worth it. Stay strong.
Get another MX-3 when you can.
Take your time.
Be choosey!
