Starting problem when cars warm

Hey guys, My 94 rs is having this weird problem where it always starts but after it warms up if i turn it off and then back on it wont start! I have to wait usually 1-2 minutes to restart it.

I dont think i would have even realised i had this problem but i was trying to teach my girlfriend to drive standard and everytime she stalled it wouldnt start back up for after a minute. Not cool if your on a busy road and shes already nervous cause driving stick is new to her.

Any ideas?
