yes, u can.. i have done it so so many time at work.. get a bearing or ball joint press, find the right adaptor, and bingo.. press that old nasty rubber bushing out. but i think you're better off getting new one..still its only a matter of finding the right adaptor. go here for all your tools needs professional or not, this is the best place to buy professional tool http://thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/TTW300.html

two of my 4 mounts were cracked completely in half and I still was able to fill them and they've been holding up fine. Just make sure you don't do a half-azzed job of filling them if you do decide to reuse yours

And do a little at a time, if you totally fill one up it will never dry or will weeks later. Ya I know its a PITA cause you need your car back, but when I did Barry's I pumped them full and then stuck them in the oven for 8 hours and the insides were still soft. I guess you can hope they harden up on the car but you might squeeze it out before it has a chance to harden fully.

and buy a reinforced caulking gun, not some cheapass 2 dollar one. I bent the one i bought in half b/c the urethane is hard to squeeze out.
ALso, put the urethane tube in a sink full of hot water for a few minutes so it flows better, makes it SO much easier
And yeah, don't fill them up at once. I did mine 1/3rds at a time and let them dry 24 hours between filling them again. I left them next to my heat register on the floor so they'd dry overnight.
