I have one that is reupholstered in black felt-like fabirc.

its a 92-93 automatic-seatbelt style one WITH sunroof.

Duno if thats what you need, but there is a diff betwen the ones with and without manual seatbelts. since i swapped to manual belts, I swapped the headliner too.

$15 + shipping, unfortunately I have no way to accurately estimate how much shipping will cost since it is quite large. I don't go home for another 2 weeks either so I won't be able to until then
