SEA FOAM

Post by plusinfinit »

So i heared from a guy witha an old eclipse that he dumped a can of sea foam in his intake so that the engine gets cleaned inside. What do you guys think about spraying foam in the engine? That guy told me it worked wonders for him. Wana hear your oppinion on the sea foam , pros and cons.

It's apparently not available online, but they can help you find a store that carries it:

i used it in my MX two days ago, TONS of smokee crap burned out, but after that it runs clean as a whistle, feel alot smoother in power delivery and i "possibly" have a little more power (but that might just be me being psychosomatic). It doesnt hurt rubber parts at all, and yeah the other dude is right, dont breathe the fumes haha

sea foam origionated in hopkins mn. (i belive its hopkins) ne ways, it works great for anycar, and you can do whatever you want with it lol, from poring it in your gass to pooring it in your oil... i havn't used it yet, and unless your runnin syth. oil, i prolly wouldn't put it in your oil cuz it will have the same effect as switchin to synth. after like 100 miles, - basicly clean all the crap out and make your car leak oil... but yah, we sell it at checkers/scuacks/kragen AKA CSK. you might be able to go to the website and buy it and have it shiped to you... im not sure tho... http://www.cskauto.com thats the site... well give it a try all i've heard is good about it.
