NEW PICTURES OF TURBO MX3

Post by osargeant »

Here are some new pictures of my turbo MX3 1.6 DOHC with the FMIC installed. Will post some new engine bay pics showing the new IC piping and the MSD SCI ignition box and Blaster SS coil once I get them installed.

We need engine Bay pics!!

But besides that looks Clean from the outside... I would get a grill over the holes and then get a CO2 sprayer and that would be a very nice sleeper...

mazda78 is correct, the engine bay shots are not current. I am waiting until I get the MSD ignition box and coil installed before I take new ones. Also my engine bay needs cleaning, it is pretty dusty at this point in time.

Will keep you guys updated.

The FMIC is a Spearco based model, cant remember the actual dimensions offhand but it works a lot better than my previous 323 GTX IC.

Why do you have header wrap on your intercooler plumbling? I've never seen that before....

Just added a pic of the latest IHI turbo on page 4.

Have a look.

Are any of you turbo guys using the Greddy Profec B Electronic Boost Controller? How well does it work on a turbo MX3? Any particular settings needed?

How are CO2 sprayers gay??? Do you know anything about em? If you do you would know it gives you an instant boost on cold air and CO2 is so cheap! Water injection is cool too...
