Go with the Garrett GT35R (aka 35-45R). It is the recommended turbo for the Lancer EVO VIII (the newest 2.0L 4G63). You could probably even use a GT40R if you didn't mind a good bit of lag. If you want a pretty responsive turbo you can go with the GT30R.
Garrett Power Ratings (I've seen them make 50+ WHP more than rated):
GT30R = 500HP setups (2.0-3.0L)
GT35R = 600HP setups (3.0-4.5L)
GT40R = 700HP setups
