question about dash

hi guys, i need to know where to find in detail how to take the front dash part by the vin# off of a 1996. I want to find annoying rattling that i know lurks under or around there. prob. won't do it until summer. too damn cold here i'd prob. break the plastic. just curious right now.

yeah that rattle is annoying (i have a decal just sitting up in the corner, but not stuck to anything, i can see the thing vibrate sometimes) i'm not sure how to get it off, but it probably isn't too bad.
