buying a klze, got a ?

Post by MX3parkerGS »

hey, im planning on buying a KLZE hopefully in about 3months for my 93 gs, and im trying to get prepared to know everything else ill need, like my CM clutch kit, and i read these forums and i keep seeing things like the ZE ECU and VAF, now when i order my ZE, will it come with a ZE ECU and VAF or? ive read u can use the K08 ECU and VAF but it doesnt perform as well is that correct?, but again id really like to know if when i order my ZE will it come with a ZE ECU and VAF or will i have to get those seperate?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

if you run the K8 ECU and VAF it will run super rich, get a KL-DE VAF and run that and the K8 ECU or get a KL-ZE ECU and run it with the K8 VAF

For best results use the ECU and the VAF designed for the engine - that's a KLZE ECU and the VAF on your K8. This information has been posted countless times, as well as a whole lot more. Do some reading up.
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!
Extra thick soundproofing in the boot (trunk) to quieten my stainless steel exhaust system :)
