Wiring interior neons to headlights???

I just bought a set of interior neons and I need to know how to wire them to my headlights. There is no point using them in the day, and since I only use my headlights at night, I think this should work out good. If anyone knows how to wire them so that they only come on when the headlights are on, please tell me.

You can pick up the power supply from either the headlights or taillights under the drivers side dash from one of the relays. You'll need a test light to work out which wire to use.

I reckon you should consider putting them on a switch though direct from a permanent 12V supply. Sometimes you mightn't want them on all the time when your headlights are on. More importantly and convenient, you might want them on when the headlights are off. You know, as an alternative to the dome light, etc.

I agree with Grant here. Wiring them to the headlight switch would look good, but I found that wiring them to a switch on the dash to constant +12 is much more useful. It means that if I'm on a dark road at night, I can flick the neons off so I can concentrate better on the road I'm attacking!

I thought about it, and I will just go with a switch. Now, I just need a double pole-double throw switch. (One "on" for interior neons, and one for interior and exterior.) Thanks for the ideas.
