last night, i was driving down town, when i put my signal lights on the came on and satyed on, then when i tryed my hazards, all four lights came on, so i turned them all off and left it.
would this be a relay?? where is this relay?
all the turn lights work, none are blown, its almost like the relay is stuck.

Sounds like the flasher unit which is mounted under the drivers side dash. Its a grey box with a white plug in the bottom with 6 wire going to it.
That would seem the best place to start.
