PLEASE HELP!!

OK, a few weeks ago I had a leak near the thransmission so I had to take the transmission out and fix it. Well it's fixed now but something else happened. I have an automatic and whenever it shifts into the next gear it jerks, pretty bad too. It didn't do this before and it is really annoying. Can someone please help me out with this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I'm assuming the atx fluid level is good and in good condition. If atx fluid level is low this can happen or if the fluid is really dirty and contaiminated then this could also happen.<p>No way to really tell unless you take it off again and take a look at it.
