Transmission fluid leak GRRRR
Just when i get the idle issues fixed, now i'm havin probs with the tranny. I've swapped the tranny from a mx-6 into my mx-3, and now i've got a leak coming from the tranny somewhere. I havent had the chance to get under the car yet but it seems like it leaks alot after the car has been parked. I check under the car after driving and its a very slow leak but then i check 12 hours later and fluid is all over the place. my 1-2 shift gives a pretty severe shudder when cold as a result of this. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Should i even bother trying the tranny leak stop?

Re: Transmission fluid leak GRRRR
Hey Shaun
Did you check along the fluid lines?
Before I sold my MX-3 the tranny fluid lines were beginning to rot. Make sure you get a good look at the connection to the tranny, and to the rad.
Until you find where the leak is coming from keep some extra fluid with you at all times.
Be careful and good luck!
