Auto trans beef up?

drag cars are autos with a manual valve body... <BR>as for a beefed up ATX you can get a "bullet proof" GS tranny at level ten Transmissions

as far as I know all pro drag racers do use auto matic transmisions. but for the everyday driver the manuel is so much more fun I just wish i had one :(

I think I recall hearing that a lot of pro dragsters use like custom 2-3 gear auto transmisions. These 2-3 gear auto trannys can shift faster than if you were to do it manually.<P>Of course if you had once of these tranny's you wouldn't be using it as a daily driver, they are like strickly racing tranny's.
